With CPR instructor Camilla Thurell—an emergency room nurse and founder of Life in Mind—you'll learn how to save lives, step by step. This course in CPR and First Aid for Adults is divided into two parts: 1) web-based theory and 2) hands-on practice with an instructor, held at your location or online.
The course can also be booked in English for an additional fee.
Certificates and action plans are provided upon completion of the course.
When you purchase the course for a group or company, you’ll also need to name your group. Please use the organization’s name and the type of course as the group name. You can also choose to include yourself as a course participant.
Classroom Training
This course lasts 3 hours and alternates between theory and hands-on practice at your location. We’ll come to your facility to teach CPR and airway obstruction techniques, as well as practice various scenarios using an AED. There is a maximum of 12 participants per instructor per session.
Purpose and Objectives
The purpose of this course is to provide more flexible training in CPR and first aid to a larger number of people, thereby saving more lives. The goal of the course is for you to feel confident and secure enough to step in if a colleague suddenly becomes ill or collapses unconscious.
