A course designed for settings where both older children and adults are present. The course covers pediatric CPR for children over 1 year of age as well as adult CPR, and we’ve also included selected first aid topics suitable for an environment where both children and adults are present.
The course includes a prepared web-based component, which is then supplemented with practical training.
For courses taught in English, we charge an additional 1,000 SEK per session.
Certificates and action plans are provided upon completion of the course.
When you purchase the course for a group or company, you’ll also need to name your group. Please use the organization’s name and the type of course as the group name. You can also choose to include yourself as a course participant.
This is Life in Mind’s blended learning course. The course is an online course that includes videos, review questions, and a final exam. The online course takes about 45 minutes to complete, and then we’ll come to you, the customer, for a 1.5-hour on-site session.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this course is to provide more people in the community with training in CPR and first aid in a more flexible way, thereby saving more lives. The goal of the course is for you to feel confident and secure enough to step in if a child or adult goes into cardiac arrest, chokes, becomes acutely ill, or is involved in an accident.
COURSE CONTENT
PRACTICAL EXERCISE
This course includes both a preparatory online course and hands-on training at your location. We’ll come to you to practice CPR and airway obstruction techniques, as well as various scenarios involving an AED. The online course takes about 45 minutes, and the on-site practical session takes 1.5 hours. There is a limit of 15 participants per instructor per session.
