CPR and First aid courses in English
We also offer courses in English, for organisations as well as private persons.

Adult CPR, AED & First Aid
The course fits all types of organisations. The objective of the course is that you feel brave and confident to act if a coworker or someone close collapses or becomes unconscious.
Course content:
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Using a defibrillator
- Obstructed airway
- First aid (L-ABC)
- Acute illness and accidents: stroke, diabetes, seizures, burns, drowning, falls (neck and back injuries)
Note that all the text-sessions and questions in the web course are in English, whereas the films are in Swedish with subtitles in English.
Pick your course
Blended Learning
You start off with E-learning (1,5h) and then we come to you for the practical training (1,5h). Maximum 15 participants/ session
Classroom-education with instructor
A full course face to face. 3h including practical training. Maximum 12 participants/ session.
Child-CPR in English
We offer a course online with an instructor teaching child CPR as well as what to do when a child is choking. The course includes children from 0-18 years of age.
Course content:
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Obstructed airway/ choking
(The course includes the rent of one baby manikin and one manikin for children over 1 year)
