An online course designed for companies in industries that are particularly vulnerable, such as electricity, energy, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, forestry, and earthwork contracting.
With CPR instructor Camilla Thurell, an emergency nurse and founder of Life in Mind, you’ll learn step by step how to save lives. This course in CPR and First Aid for Adults is web-based with video-based practical training, meaning you’ll practice using video clips. Each employee has an individual user account and can take the course wherever and whenever it’s convenient; the course can be conveniently split up into sessions at different times.
Certificates and action plans are provided upon completion of the course.
When you purchase the course for a group or company, you’ll also need to name your group. Please use the organization’s name and the type of course as the group name. You can also choose to include yourself as a course participant.
Online course with video-based exercises
This online course also includes hands-on practice with a training manikin and a training defibrillator, which will be sent to you as a customer. We’ll practice CPR and airway obstruction techniques, as well as various scenarios involving the use of a defibrillator.Purpose and Objectives
The purpose of this course is to provide more flexible training in CPR and first aid to a larger number of people, thereby saving more lives. The goal of the course is for you to feel confident and secure enough to step in if a colleague suddenly becomes ill or collapses unconscious.
Course Content
As a group leader, you can easily log in to see how your participants are doing, add participants to the course, or send an invitation.
Training materials are available for rent during the course. We adjust the number of training manikins based on the number of licenses; see below. A cleaning kit is also included for each participant.
